You can adjust your internal and external availability by doing the following:
If internal, you can go to Settings>Shifts and click on the shift you'd like to adjust. You can adjust shift hours, the days that the shift is in effect, and the seating areas.
If external, you can go to Settings>Access Rules and click on the rule you'd like to adjust. Access Rules affect what your customers can book on your reservation widget. You can adjust hours of availability, seating areas, and any other part of your customer experience.
